Salary : $100K - $120K

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of production, from planning through execution, ensuring smooth operations for content shoots (photo, video, social, commercials) related to brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Manage and reconcile production budgets, providing transparency and forecasting opportunities while keeping an eye out for cost-saving measures that maintain creative integrity.
• Source and manage production partners, freelancers, directors, and crews, ensuring high standards are upheld during the entire production process.
• Coordinate logistics for in-house productions, including managing timelines and sourcing gear and locations for seamless content creation.
• Transform creative concepts into actionable production plans, clearly delineating timelines, roles, and budgets.
• Maintain an annual production schedule to track all active and upcoming shoots, edit cycles, and content delivery deadlines.
• Proactively anticipate challenges and swiftly resolve issues both during production and post-production while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Keep momentum and flow in all production activities.
