Operations Specialist

Aptive is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role addresses a critical shortage of Non-Clinical and Program Support personnel by coordinating organizational activities, improving operational processes, and ensuring efficient production and distribution of health care services. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and collaborating across departments to meet CMOP's mission of delivering timely and accurate pharmacy services to Veterans.

Location : 2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 7513

Shifts : 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM and 3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM Monday through Friday

Compensation : $38 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of organizations.
• Direct the production, pricing, sales and distribution of healthcare services and are responsible for overall operations improvement.
• Day-to-day duties may include forecasting customer demand and meeting with managers from other departments.
