MedCadre is seeking a travel nurse RN GI Lab for a travel nursing job in Santa Rosa, California.

Traveler Weekly Blended Pay : $2,889 weekly ($27 / hr w2 + $1,701 / week stipend)

Locals Hourly Pay : $60 / Hour

Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025

Job Type : 13-week Contract

Position Summary :

We are looking for candidates with a caring nature and exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of endoscopy nurse. Endoscopy nurses are responsible for sedating patients before procedures, administering the necessary medication to patients, and keeping the patient informed throughout the duration of the procedure, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.

Quickly assessing patient needs.

Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.

Performing minor medical operations.

Cleaning wounds.

Drawing blood.

Maintaining emergency room care standards.

Assisting with insurance paperwork.

Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process.

Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios.

Required Qualifications :

2 years experience

ACLS, BLS, CA License
