You will be the F-22 Kit Management Technical Lead, IFG - Level 4. What You Will Be Doing As the F-22 Kit Management Technical Lead, IFG - Level 4, you will lead the planning and execution of sustainment kit delivery operations for international and domestic customers. You will play a vital role within the Supply Operations and Logistics team, ensuring that logistics and material support strategies are effectively implemented to meet mission requirements. You will be responsible for managing customer engagements, interpreting requirements, driving performance against delivery metrics, and overseeing the integration of cross-functional inputs to deliver complete and timely kit solutions. You must hold a strong understanding of the F-22 program, logistics planning, customer support, and program executionmaking this role ideal for a logistics professional with leadership experience and a passion for operational excellence. Excellent verbal, written, and telecommuting communication skills and presentation skills Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Previous experience with the IFG Program portfolio, specifically with F-22 programs, strongly preferred. Previous experience with F-35 Program portfolio welcomed. Previous experience with kitting operations strongly preferred Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers is highly desired Understanding of Root Cause / Corrective Action analysis as applied to supplier performance Ability to perform at a high-level within a dynamic, complex, multi-priority business environment Understanding of Import / Export ITAR compliance and processes Ability to brief complex issues to senior and executive leadership

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
