Carlyle Place, Navicent Health is an inviting not-for-profit senior living community located in Northwest Macon. Carlyle Place consists of 226 independent living and 29 assistant living, 26 memory care and 40 skilled nursing residences.

Job Summary : Assist the day-to-day nursing activities of the healthcare neighborhood during scheduled hours in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as required by the RN Supervisor / Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualifications : Education : Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing.An unencumbered GA LPN license. CPR / first aide is required upon hire or must obtain certification within 60 days of hire
