Job Title : Technical Sales Engineer

Location : Sun Valley, CA

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with both the estimating and production teams to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the pre-sales process, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions tailored to their requirements.

Duties :

Collaborate with the Estimating team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the pre-sales process.

Conduct presentations to showcase how our solutions can solve client challenges.

Manage projects from initial contact through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Provide feedback to production teams regarding customer requirements and product enhancements.

Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in technical sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of metal finishing and / or chemical processing

Experience with electroplating, Magnetic inspection and Penetrant inspection.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
