Private Money Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Remote Private Money Lending Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the loan process for construction and fix-and-flip projects from initial contact to closing

Provide financing solutions by underwriting private money loans for various real estate projects

Develop and maintain client relationships to generate leads and business

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer with construction and fix-and-flip loan products

Proven ability to self-produce leads and manage a client pipeline

Strong understanding of private money lending and related financing

Experience with underwriting, structuring, and closing private money loans

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
