Job Summary

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy within the warehouse by leading physical inventory counts, performing cycle counts, and operating material handling equipment. This individual will also be responsible for reconciling inventory discrepancies, issuing customer credits, handling returns and damaged products, and assisting with order picking and loading.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on the history of physical and systemic goods within the warehouse.
• Oversee the annual physical inventory and lead a team to ensure accurate counts.
• Safely operate motorized material handling equipment to transport products.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with other personnel to support and enhance inventory accuracy.
• Generate and analyze daily variance reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies through detailed investigation and research.
• Issue credits to customers and manage the return product process.
• Efficiently handle and remove damaged products from the warehouse.
• Oversee order picking operations and assist with truck loading.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Provide additional support as needed, undertaking various tasks and projects.
