Director of Food & Beverage | Luxury Multi-Unit Venue | Indiana
We are seeking an innovative and execution-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead the full rebranding and revitalization of a multi-concept hospitality operation that includes boutique lodging and multiple dining outlets. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a complete transformation, elevating the guest experience, strengthening financial performance, and setting new standards of excellence for both the operation and the community.
This role is ideal for a seasoned executive who can see the big picture, collaborate across departments, and most importantly, execute with precision. The current operation requires strong direction, consistent leadership, and a results-driven leader who can deliver excellence while building a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
Drive the full rebrand and repositioning of all food & beverage operationsCollaborate with marketing to strengthen brand presence and guest engagementLead day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and profitabilityBuild, mentor, and inspire a team that delivers consistent, high-quality experiencesPartner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and budgetingTurn vision into action—focusing on measurable improvements in both guest satisfaction and financial resultsWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years of executive leadership in luxury food & beverage and hospitality operationsMust have steady and current tenure of 3 to 5 years with each organizationProven success executing turnarounds, rebrands, or repositioning strategiesStrong financial and operational acumen with a track record of improving resultsInspirational leadership style with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teamsCollaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across departmentsCommitment to long-term growth—must reside in the Wabash communityCulinary credentials not required, but broad hospitality expertise is essentialThis is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to redefine food & beverage at a nationally recognized destination.
