Key Responsibilities
Support on demo calls by leading the technical part and addressing integration concerns
Handle the technical aspects of client onboarding to enhance adoption and reduce churn
Document and track details on prospects' solutions and use-cases for effective migration and onboarding
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Support, Customer Success, or Sales
Understanding of basic Server-Client data flow
Experience working with server logs and databases
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM solutions is a plus
Experience with frontend troubleshooting is a nice to have
