Herrmann Ultrasonics has openings for the position Head of Operations with a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering, Technology or related and 5 years of experience in planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing all operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Accountable for the performance and integration of key departments, including Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Logistics, Procurement, Repair Services, and Facility Management. Lead and manage a team of department heads across manufacturing, logistics, materials, and facilities to drive operational excellence. Ensure the timely production of high-quality parts and instrumentation, meeting established quality standards and cost targets.
