In this role, you will lead how MonmouthCares measures and improves outcomes for the families we serve-using data and collaboration to turn insights into improvements. You'll ensure our technology infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and ready for the future, while upholding the highest standards of ethics, privacy, and compliance. An experienced, innovative, process-oriented leader with a successful track record of bringing expertise in quality improvement, technology management, and compliance oversight. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who connects big-picture strategy to measurable outcomes and is h ands-on with data- comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, and turning numbers into insights. They are a change agent who inspires teams to embrace innovation and quality, skilled in managing vendors and technology solutions, and a natural bridge-builder who engages staff, leadership, and partners with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.
