In this role, you will lead how MonmouthCares measures and improves outcomes for the families we serve-using data and collaboration to turn insights into improvements. You'll ensure our technology infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and ready for the future, while upholding the highest standards of ethics, privacy, and compliance. You'll build a data-driven culture of learning and innovation, shaping agency-wide systems that empower our staff, strengthen our services, and create meaningful impact across the community.

What You'll Do

Lead Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Design and lead MonmouthCares' Quality Management System (QMS).
• Help the organization define and track KPIs, analyze performance data, and lead improvement projects.
• Coach staff in quality improvement methods and foster a culture of learning.
• Adapt Wraparound Fidelity Assessment Systems to measure and improve outcomes.

An experienced, innovative, process-oriented leader with a successful track record of bringing expertise in quality improvement, technology management, and compliance oversight. The ideal candidate is a  systems thinker who connects big-picture strategy to measurable outcomes and is h ands-on with data- comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, and turning numbers into insights. They are a change agent who inspires teams to embrace innovation and quality, skilled in managing vendors and technology solutions, and a natural bridge-builder who engages staff, leadership, and partners with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.
