Business Analyst

Under the direction of the Manager of Retirement Benefits (within the Finance Department) at U-Haul International's Headquarters in Phoenix Arizona, the Business Analyst administers day-to-day processes for Retirement Benefits (401(k), ESOP, Dealer Financial Security Program). Candidates will be expected to physically come to the office Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
It is a great entry-level opportunity for new graduates who do not have any corporate experience but want to pursue a corporate career path with positive learning attitude. The primary duty for this role is to assist U-Haul's Retirement Benefit team in providing excellent customer service, communication, education, validation, recordkeeping, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and engage in multi-department and multi-company projects.
- Write policies and procedures, and both internal and external communications.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other team members and departments.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
- Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails and some physical mail.
- Use Excel skills to validate large data sets using Vlookup, Pivot tables and other formulas to conduct research and analyses.
- Maintain high accuracy on recordkeeping and organization.
- Provide backup support to other programs.
- Handle and prioritize routine tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Perform both complex and routine administrative work and communication in a timely manner.
- Conduct reports and analysis for Executive leaders.
- Other related tasks that may be assigned.
