  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and empathy
  • Research and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Maintain detailed notes and updates in customer contracts and systems
  • Navigate multiple computer applications to find solutions and support customers
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet business needs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Take initiative in solving problems and improving processes
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including schedule adherence, call quality, and customer satisfaction

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
