We’re searching for a Creative Director who can bring that story to life — across packaging, campaigns, digital, and beyond. 💡 What You’ll Do
- Shape the strategy behind multiple cannabis brands — guiding their voice, look, and feel.
- Lead a small but mighty creative team — mentoring designers, pushing boundaries, and turning ideas into unforgettable campaigns.
- Get hands-on — concepting, designing, and executing assets across print, digital, and in-store experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and product teams to ensure every touchpoint tells the same great story.
- A bold portfolio that shows your range — from brand identity to ad campaigns to retail experiences.
- 7+ years of creative leadership in consumer brands (bonus if you’ve worked in lifestyle, CPG, or cannabis).
- A knack for connecting strategy with style — you think in both pixels and purpose.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a deep understanding of modern branding, packaging, and digital design.
