Overview The Graphic Design Manager will oversee the creation, preparation, and finalization of artwork for a wide range of signage products, including banners, decals, vehicle wraps, event signage, and more. This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, experienced in signage design, and capable of managing multiple design projects while mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities Lead the graphic design team in producing high-quality, print-ready signage artwork.

Design and prepare creative concepts for signage projects of varying scale.

Collaborate with sales staff and customers to turn ideas and requirements into effective designs.

Review, proof, and approve artwork before production to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain brand consistency and enforce design standards across all projects.

Ensure files are properly formatted and optimized for printing and production equipment.

Stay current with design trends, materials, and production processes relevant to the signage industry.

Train and mentor junior designers to improve skills and efficiency.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design specifically related to the signage or large-format printing industry.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required).

Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.

Strong understanding of typography and layout principles.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
