Job Summary :

The Technician - Slots oversees the repair, maintain and monitor of all electronic gaming devices (EGDs) and assist in casino floor activities as business demands. This position's starting wage is $15.

Essential Functions :

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal / external guest service by all team members.
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Safeguard, maintain, repair and monitors all electronic gaming devices (EGDs).
• Directly participate in machine moves and conversions.
• Run and analyze machine reports with the ability to explain any inconsistencies.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
