Contract Administrator
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Contract Administrator responsible for providing administrative support for service contracts sold by the sales team. This position will help facilitate the creation, maintenance, and invoicing of contracts utilizing available applications. The Contract Administrator will work on-premise at our Bloomington Rebuild Center (ZRC) branch. Responsibilities include :
- Creating, enrolling, and maintaining equipment Customer Value Agreement (CVA) contracts, Ziegler Condition Monitoring and Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs
- Creating, enrolling, and maintaining contracts for customer telematics subscription agreements
- Working directly with Customer Support Representative (CSR) and other sales roles to offer CVAs to the customer
- Assisting with PM checklist review and maintenance
- Maintaining customer invoicing in a timely manner
- Working with team in helping develop pricing structure to remain competitive
- Running quarterly contract performance reports to review overall contract health and forecast future health
- Contract auditing for errors and inputting CVAs into CAT systems
- Monitoring the health of contracts by reviewing daily work orders and invoices
- Reviewing equipment available in condition monitoring platforms and ensuring their hours are accurately reflected in the system
- Running various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed
- Assisting the branch service personnel in resolving any problems when closing work orders on enrolled machines
- Assisting branch operations to find solutions in order to achieve timeliness goals
- Working in a cooperative manner with coworkers and superiors
- Communicating well with branch personnel, customers, and sales staff
- Providing assistance to other product support teams as needed
Qualifications :

The pay range for this position is $33.64 to $42.05 starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education, and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location.
