Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
The Chief of Staff serves as the President's senior advisor and strategic partner, overseeing the daily operations of the Office of the President and advancing key institutional priorities. The role connects strategy with execution, coordinating initiatives, managing complex projects, and ensuring decisions are carried out effectively across all divisions. This position provides advice to the President on complicated, sensitive, and confidential issues and executes projects that require the utmost confidentiality and / or urgency for the College.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
Ten years of senior-level related experience managing operations, leading initiatives, and contributing to institutional effectiveness, workforce development, and innovation in a large or complex organization.
Travel may be required for this position.
This position is subject to a background check, pre-employment drug screen and education verification at the expense of the College.
