Onsite Coordinator
Location : Plainfield, IN (will be at the Branch 1to 2 times a week in Indiana)
Pay : $20–$22 / hour
Start Date : ASAP
Position Overview
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to support one of our key clients in Plainfield, IN. This role requires a flexible, dependable professional who can handle candidate check-ins, provide onsite support, and serve as a direct point of contact for both the client and our temporary workforce.
The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and first-day experiences, addressing workforce needs and issues, and maintaining clear communication with both the client and the Integrity Trade Services branch office.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct candidate check-ins for training sessions and first-day starts at various times throughout the day.
Maintain consistent presence onsite to assist employees and ensure smooth transitions.
Communicate regularly with the client HR Manager to understand staffing needs and provide support as required.
Serve as the primary onsite contact for temporary employees, addressing timekeeping, attendance, and general inquiries.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager and client representatives to ensure staffing needs, job specifications, competencies, and required skills are understood and met.
Source candidates through networking, job boards, career fairs, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone and in-person as needed).
Follow up with clients regarding open orders and progress updates.
Provide corrective action communication to field staff and use judgment to release employees when necessary due to performance, behavior, or attendance.
Document all required information accurately and promptly in the Avionte system.
Support employee injury reporting, clinic follow-ups, and related compliance requirements.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with staffing services.
Handle branch visitor greetings, phone calls, and other administrative duties in a professional, welcoming manner.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support both the client and the branch.
