• Lead Carpenter Location :   Tonawanda, NY Job Type : Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Carpenter / Foreman to lead field crews on construction projects across Buffalo.
• This role is perfect for a skilled tradesperson who thrives in leadership, sets the pace on site, and who will work alongside the team.   What You’ll Do Supervise and work with crews to keep projects on schedule and on spec Read blueprints and coordinate with project managers & subcontractors Ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards, PPE, daily safety checks) Maintain high quality workmanship while mentoring apprentices / journeymen Track daily progress and help resolve on-site challenges What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction trade experience, with leadership background Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards Ability to read drawings and communicate clearly with crews & management OSHA 30 (preferred), valid driver’s license and reliable transportation   What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Stable, year-round work with a respected local contractor Powered by JazzHR
