A leading labor and employment practice in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities :

  • 4+ years experience in traditional labor law
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active and good-standing license in Oregon (or strong interest in relocating to the Pacific Northwest with license in another state)
  • Exceptional analytical, writing, and public speaking skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing high-volume caseloads
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial
