Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required. Candidate Sourcing & Relationship Management

• Identify and engage top-tier attorneys and conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Guide candidates through the job search process, offering career advice and market insights.

Client Development & Relationship Building

Legal Background : You have experience as an attorney, paralegal, or legal industry professional and are looking for an exciting career shift.
