ASW | Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Join a compassionate team as an Outpatient Therapist providing essential clinical services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and delivering individualized behavioral health treatments, including individual, family, group, and in-home therapy. You will also perform utilization reviews and determine appropriate levels of care through clinical evaluations. Timely and accurate documentation is a key responsibility, alongside offering crisis intervention and emotional support to clients and their families.

Education : A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience : Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), serious mental illness (SMI), or severe emotional disturbance (SED) populations. Experience integrating care with other providers and supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued. Working with diverse and high-risk populations is also preferred.

Requirements : Must hold a BSRB license at the Master's level and have completed all necessary trainings to deliver specialized care, including qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). A valid driver's license is required. Additional licensure in substance use disorder treatment is a plus.
