Key Responsibilities
Design and improve the onboarding process for various customer segments
Build and mentor the onboarding team while setting performance goals and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Onboarding in a SaaS environment
3+ years in a leadership role managing onboarding or implementation teams
Proven ability to create and optimize onboarding programs
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing platforms
Familiarity with SOC2 and data security practices preferred
