Seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our well-established practice. We welcome you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are a thriving independent community non-profit health system with abundant market capacity and a strong, growing economy

Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus areas, remote work, and preferred hours

Option for 50% telehealth

Primarily outpatient (95%) with a small inpatient call component (5%)

Join a team of 4 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners, 1 psychologist, 7 counselors, full support staff, and leadership support

Inpatient responsibilities include 1 : 6 inpatient phone call during weekdays and 1 : 6 inpatient rounding on weekends

9-bed inpatient unit for ages 18 and older

Practice and team dedicated to supporting you with autonomy and input on schedule, patient volumes, and practice operations

Spend time with patients who respect your care

Local administration with all decision-making

Leadership invested in your success and open to your input

Strong and available subspecialty support

Opportunities to provide and receive mentorship

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required
