You will be the Manufacturing Manager for the Manufacturing Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality products through coordinated machining, assembly, tooling, welding, and paint processes.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple functional areas of manufacturing while driving talent development and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Oversee machining, assembly, tooling, weld, and paint functions to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate employees.
• Conduct performance assessments, assign work, and manage daily workflow.
• Administer compensation, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
