Key Responsibilities
Own the Revenue Operations function, including strategy, planning, and process optimization
Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting for the executive team
Manage and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, or Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in management
Proven experience in building and scaling RevOps functions, particularly with CRM systems
Deep expertise in Salesforce and CPQ administration, data governance, and reporting
Strong analytical skills in revenue forecasting and pipeline management
Bachelor's degree or higher
