Job Description

As a member of our elite Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team, we want you to develop solutions to protect the Warfighter’s technology advantage. Systems Security Engineering creates holistic security solutions leveraging Anti-Tamper (AT), Cyber Security, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection Implementation on embedded weapons systems.

This position is an onsite role in Tewksbury, Woburn, or Marlborough, MA

What You Will Do :

• Supporting the development of cybersecurity / anti-tamper requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and policies
• Defining security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software component
• Understanding and integrating cybersecurity development activities
• Performing analysis on cybersecurity collected data and test results
• Conducting technical and nontechnical trade studies
• Validate secure configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications, and other assets, using
• DoD approved scanning and assessment tools such as ACAS, STIG, SCAP Compliance Checker, and HBSS
• Apply written and oral communication skills
• Participate in the design and development of systems

Security Clearance :

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) , an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
