Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective portfolio solutions.
- Designing and architecting scalable, secure, and reliable portfolio solutions that meet organizational goals.
- Leading the development and implementation of portfolio strategies and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Conducting regular portfolio reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance portfolio solutions.
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Development Leader, preferably with portfolio management responsibilities.Proven experience designing composite solutions across multiple technologies and platforms.Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations (personal lines preferred).Technical expertise in Java, REST Services, SQL, and familiarity with industry-leading platforms (Policy, Claims, Billing, CRM, digital engagement).Focus on cybersecurity, PCI compliance, and general IT controls (GITC).Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise architecture frameworks, and agile methodologies is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, remain calm under pressure, and maintain accountability for outcomes.Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and innovate within the technical and business environment.Benefits
