The Work You Will Do : As a Senior Management Analyst II SES within the agency's Office of Inspector General you would function as an auditor under the supervision of the Director of Auditing and assist in the implementation of audit duties for the Office of Inspector General as outlined in Section 20.055, Florida Statutes. You would be responsible for coordinating and conducting audits, advisory services, special projects, and reviews; and writing audit reports. You will be required to uphold high standards of professional conduct at all times.
The Difference You Will Make : While interacting with agency management and staff conducting audits, reviews, and advisory services, you would be providing recommendations for process improvements for agency operations. You would be privy to confidential information and will be expected to protect that information as appropriate against misuse or disclosure. Your role would be ensuring accountability and process improvement by providing objective, timely, sufficient, and value-added audit services.
How You Will Grow : This role will include involvement with other Offices of Inspectors General and with professional organizations such as the Association of Inspectors General.
