Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Ortho

Location : Lacey, WA

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Lacey, WA. This role is ideal for PTs with strong outpatient orthopedic skills, providing high-quality care in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities :

Provide physical therapy services to a general outpatient orthopedic patient population

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients / day with follow-up visit double-booking expected

Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits / week

Collaborate with rehab staff, physicians, and patients to achieve care goals

Accurately document patient care in compliance with clinic standards

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience; outpatient experience preferred

New Grads will not be accepted

First-time travelers accepted

Active PT license in Washington (or eligibility)

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Assignment Details :

Shift Type : 8-hour Days

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week, with expectation of up to 40 hours

Float Requirements : Yes, may float to other clinics as needed

Duration : 13 weeks
