Purpose
We are looking for a driven and strategic Brand Management Intern to join our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing iconic brands, driving consumer engagement, and supporting innovation in the refrigerated foods category.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with brand managers to develop and execute brand strategies and annual plans.Support product innovation initiatives, including concept development, consumer testing, and commercialization.Analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitive trends to inform brand decisions.Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.Contribute to packaging development, brand messaging, and positioning efforts.Prepare and present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.Requirements :
Must graduate in August 2026, December 2026, May 2027 and major in Food Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.Possesses strong analytical and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated leadership and persuasive skills are necessary for success in this position.Possesses a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit.Passion for building brands and understanding consumer behavior.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.Must be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of a variety of Hormel Foods Products which may include but not limited to pork, beef, chicken, turkey and nuts.This position will require access to and / or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.Location and Hours :
Based on business needs at the time an offer is made.Position is full time, 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August.Compensation : The starting rate for this role is $24.00 per hour.
