SUMMARY : The Site Supervisor will be an integral part of the operations of the facility. This person will be a point of contact for consumers and other staff members and will work closely with management to assure the operations of the facility are in compliance with all regulations and focused on the well-being and achievement of goals for the individuals served. The Site Supervisor will also be a mentor to new staff members and set an example for all staff at the facility. Due to the large number of staff and consumers at this site, this person needs to be able to address issues with confidence and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc., and the clients. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma and or GED preferred; preferably with one to three years' experience and or training; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
