About the Role
The Content Strategy & Planning Team is looking for a Content Strategy Associate to drive impact across a breadth of strategy work, supporting the Content Strategy & Planning department. This team works directly with Senior Roku Media Leadership to define success and content needs. This role partners with Leadership to unpack and solve ambiguous problems, translate data into impactful recommendations, and co-create cross-functional solutions. As part of a small but impactful team, you will have the opportunity to define the next phase of streaming television.
The work can be challenging, but we enjoy it. The ideal candidate isn't a bystander—curious and engaged, willing to jump in to solve problems and make data-driven decisions even when things feel ambiguous. The industry changes quickly, so candidates should be comfortable responding swiftly to changing business needs, with success tied to the team's success.
For California only : The estimated annual salary for this position is between $86,000 and $94,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors including skill set, certifications, and location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
