Our client is seeking a Contract Analyst to support enterprise-wide contract management initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Contract Review & Analysis : Evaluate and interpret moderately complex contracts to ensure feasibility, risk mitigation, and alignment with business goals.
- Contract Preparation : Draft contracts and purchasing agreements that support project objectives and business compliance.
- Contract Oversight : Maintain in-depth knowledge of active contracts and document any deviations from agreed terms.
- Risk Assessment : Identify contract risks and work with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals.
- Database Management : Update and maintain a centralized contract and invoice tracking system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with vendors, legal, IT, procurement, accounting, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Financial Oversight : Monitor contract-related financial activity and ensure accurate, on-time invoice payments.
- Training & Documentation : Onboard new team members in contract administration and assist in developing templates and best practices.
- General Support : Participate in additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications :
Education :Minimum : High School diploma or GEDPreferred : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Information TechnologyExperience :3+ years in contracting, legal, or procurement roles involving complex technology systems or contract oversightLanguage :Proficient in English (written and verbal)
