Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Class A OR Class B preferred. OTR

Shift and Time : Full-Time OR Part-Time, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal

Summary :

• Operate specialized trucks with airbrakes and manual transmissions to transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe operating conditions.
• Load and unload freight using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and inspections.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies at all times.
• Implement traffic control measures and monitor traffic flow to maintain safe distances behind work vehicles.
• Assist with equipment setup, material handling, and emergency response activities.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, crew members, yard personnel, and clients.
• Support general yard operations including organizing and staging materials.
• Participate in safety training sessions and ensure full compliance with safety standards.
