Business Development Representative (Full Time)
The Business Development Representatives (BDR) primary focus is to recruit and develop new clinical sites that provide an excellent learning environment for our students and expand Charter College's operational footprint. The BDR position requires the ability to develop leads through current sites, outside resources, and referrals. Additionally, this position must have the ability to meet goals, multi-task, prioritize duties, and maintain a positive professional reputation in the community. Success requires a relationship building approach, and collaboration with Clinical Coordinators, Instructors, Program Leadership, and the campus as a whole.
Business Development Representatives develop clinical sites for all clinical programs. Coordinates the articulation agreement and site assessment process. Facilitates excellent communication between site and Instructor. Maintains a detailed accounting of prospective sites, communication events, and progress toward agreement.
This position reports directly to the Director of Business Development but may require day-to-day interactions with Chief Academic Officer, Campus Manager(s), Program Manager(s), Faculty, Registrar, etc.

Job Qualifications and Skills
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years' experience in : High level B2B customer service and sales
Diagnostic medical imaging, Xray Tech or Respiratory Care experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills required.
Microsoft Office experience is required : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Must possess exceptional social interaction skills.
Must display a team-oriented approach.
Must be professional in all aspects of the position including professional dress and appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
Consistently display the highest levels of integrity.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible schedule.
Sales experience a plus.
For all candidates must be able to pass an annual driving record check and have valid insurance.
Compensation
Salary Exempt
$ 47,840.00 to $ 60,000.00
Compensation dependent on experience, knowledge, and education level
