Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior CNC Machinist to support precision manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines. In this role, you will produce high-quality precision components from engineering drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy and consistency. You will work closely with senior machinists and engineers, gaining hands-on experience in advanced machining techniques, programming, and quality inspection processes. This position offers a flexible R&D work environment with opportunities to expand your machining expertise and grow within a collaborative, innovation-driven team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines to produce precision components
• Load raw materials, install tooling, and configure machine settings according to setup sheets and job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications to ensure parts meet design requirements
• Select appropriate tooling and adjust speeds and feeds based on material properties and machining needs
• Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances
• Monitor machine operations, identify minor issues, and perform basic adjustments escalate complex problems to senior machinists
• Assist with machine cleaning, maintenance, and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of part measurements, inspections, and production records
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency, workflow, and quality outcomes
