Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is one of the largest and most successful nonprofit public charter school networks in the nation, operating 26 high-performing, middle and high schools that educate nearly 13,000 scholars who make up the heart of Los Angeles' Latinx, Black, and recent immigrant communities. Since opening our first school in 2004, 95% of Alliance scholars have graduated from high school. Our Assistant Principals are instructional leaders and managers who inspire scholars to achieve exceptional outcomes that will prepare scholars for and through college and support scholar achievement. Assistant Principals are passionate, and social justice-oriented, with an unyielding belief that all scholars deserve the best education to give them access to transformational opportunities that will lead to success in the years to come. As a transformative instructional leader, you'll have the opportunity to work in an engaging and rewarding environment that encourages self-reflection while receiving feedback, monthly professional development, and other differentiated support. Compensation
$109,000.00 - $164,500.00
