Job Title : Director of Programming & Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Director of Programming & Business Development to help lead the pursuit of new revenue-generating opportunities at Mission Rock. Equal parts dealmaker, programmer, and project manager; this role will serve as the connective tissue between vision and execution—overseeing complex initiatives from concept through completion.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on project leader who excels at managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders while keeping creative momentum and business goals aligned. This role requires someone who can translate ideas into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that every sponsorship, event, and activation is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. From developing new partnerships to producing large-scale activations, this person will help bring Mission Rock’s community and commercial vision to life.

Salary & Benefits
$145,000 - $155,000 a year
At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $145,000 to $155,000 plus incentives, and will depend on skills, qualifications, experience and other factors the Giants consider relevant to the hiring decision. This role may be eligible for bonus or incentive awards.
In addition to salary, the Giants offer a competitive total rewards package including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and complimentary Giants tickets.
