Job Summary

We are seeking an exciting charismatic persuasive person that has the ability to captivate individuals by phone and social media that results in appointments and sales. This BDC / Sales Representative would join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have " SOME NOT ALL "of these traits, skills and experiences : tele-communication sales, furniture sales , appliance sales , building supplies sales, cabinet sales , decking sales, metal roofing sales, exterior and interior door sales , cell phone sales with a proven track record for at least one year. This role requires excellent phone skills and the ability to generate leads, and a passion for delivering results. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and calling on existing accounts.

Duties

• Follow up on system missed calls and set appointments for our sales TEAM.
• Manage and record all appointments / sales working with floor managers.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Provide technical sales support to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and social medial posts..
• Work in conjunction with Managers on monthly 75,000 in house flyers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for upselling products or services.
• Working from Lincolnton Ga location for two stores Pembroke and Lincolnton.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
