Paragon Logistics LLC, a trusted Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring Non-DOT Van Drivers (no CDL required) for our XL delivery team in Liberty, MO. Youll deliver heavy and bulky items (up to 85 lbs, always with safe handling practices) to customers homes while working with a supportive, safety-focused crew.

Compensation Package

• Hourly Rate : $22.75 / hr
• Overtime Rate : $34.13 / hr (after 40 hrs / week)
• Estimated Annual Pay : $47,320+ / year (based on 40 hrs / week × 52 wks, plus OT potential)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) : 4% of earnings ($1,892 / year) redeemable anytime in ADP as cash
