What You’ll Do :

Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

Supporting residents with mobility, grooming, toileting, and meal setup

Performing light housekeeping and helping maintain a clean environment

Offering companionship and assisting in social activities

Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes to leadership

Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines

What You’ll Need :

Resident Assistant or CNA experience preferred

Medication Manager experience preferred

Senior living experience preferred

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Respect for confidentiality and resident rights

Knowledge of infection control and safe cleaning practices

Alertness to safety hazards and willingness to act quickly
