SCOPE OF WORK :
The Senior Program Coordinator oversees the strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of activities designed to achieve the objectives and goals of the Sequoia Community Corps Case Management team. This role provides leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to case management staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, program integrity, and compliance with grant and organizational standards.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate all case management staff, fostering professional growth, accountability, and high performance while promoting a culture of continuous learning and teamwork
- Provide technical and strategic guidance in recruitment, screening, training, and program evaluation to ensure goals are met efficiently and effectively
- Oversee program performance, monitoring metrics, analyzing quality assurance results, and developing actionable solutions to improve staff performance, service delivery, and participant outcomes
- Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of job readiness, educational, and program curricula aligned with organizational objectives and participant needs
- Ensure compliance with CCC certification standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining program integrity and guiding staff in adherence to best practices
- Serve as a primary liaison with leadership, funding sources, and community partners, representing the program, advocating for resources, and strengthening collaborative relationships
- Manage operational practices across the team, including time management, reporting, and adherence to deadlines, while providing on-site support to outlying offices as needed
- Facilitate regular staff meetings, partner meetings, and collaborative discussions, ensuring clear communication, problem-solving, and alignment with program goals
- Stay informed of programmatic, policy, and regulatory changes, ensuring staff are updated and program practices are adapted proactively
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team members are motivated and skilled
- Track team performance, identify gaps, and implement performance improvement plans accordingly
- Foster a positive work environment, address concerns promptly, and support employee growth and satisfaction.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that projects and daily operations are completed efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.
- Ensure team activities follow company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards
- Performs other duties including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
This position is responsible for the supervision of assigned program staff and reports to the Department Director.
