Responsibilities
Collect, review and examine an applicant’s financial history and recordsPerform risk assessment reportsAnalyze client’s financial statements and identify effective alternatives to applicationMaintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentationKeep up with changes and adaptations as they occurProvide elite service to internal and external clientsCommunicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker OwnersManage multiple priorities while building rapport with clientsQualifications
Completed 2 or 4-year college degreeComplex rationale and problem-solving skillsComputer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resourcesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn and be coachedAdaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industrySelf-motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to take accountability for actionsPreferred experience in Finance and / or Accounting (financial analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable)
