Role Description

The Fullfillment Manager will be part of the Project Management team and will have the following responsibilities :

• Oversee order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and storage.
• Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with Projectmanagement, Requisition engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packager and customer teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment accuracy, speed, and cost.
• Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of materials at packager location and at final installation site.
• Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or inventory shortages.
• Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory, or delivery delays
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Lead, train, and develop fulfillment team members.
