Small Cell Technician

Job Overview

A leading wireless infrastructure engineering and construction firm is seeking a  Wireless Small Cell Technician  to support the buildout of small cell sites across the Baltimore, DC, and Northern Virginia markets. This is a  3-4 month contract  with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and workload.

Responsibilities

• Construct and integrate small cell sites, including mounting and connecting components within shelters.
• Install and configure antennas, radios, batteries, cooling systems, and alarms.
• Connect power, fiber, and coaxial cables to designated ports with precision.
• Support site builds both on the ground and on poles in varying weather conditions.
• Collaborate with tower crews, electrical teams, and warehouse staff to ensure project completion.
• Maintain safety protocols and utilize hand and power tools effectively.
• Contribute to a team goal of completing approximately 2 sites per day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr.
