Building Maintenance Technician
Natrona Heights
$20.00+ per hour BOE
Position Overview :
Arbors Management is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Natrona Heights. This is a full-time position that requires basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a variety of tasks and be flexible with daily responsibilities.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for :
- Perform basic plumbing tasks (e.g., repairing toilets, drains, and hot water tanks)
- Handle basic electrical work (e.g., switches, fixtures, outlets)
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Hang and repair drywall
- Manage custodial duties, including trash removal and groundskeeping
- Respond to emergency repair requests during on-call hours
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure facility upkeep
