About the Role

We are seeking a Production Team Member to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day fabrication, assembly, and preparation of products for installation and shipment. You’ll be trained in approved manufacturing methods to ensure consistent, high-quality results while meeting daily production goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values precision, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble products to meet company standards.

Prepare materials and products for installation and shipment.

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Report equipment or safety concerns promptly to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Experience operating fabrication or manufacturing machinery is a plus.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Basic math and measurement abilities.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift.

Availability for shift work as needed.

Education & Experience

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.

Experience in the sign or light manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
